The rates listed are per day; the tourist tax of 2,50 € is not included, per person and per day for all guests of age 14 and over.
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2 pm. In case you will be arriving late in the evening, please let us know. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9.30 am.
In case of problems that make it impossible for you to take your holiday, please let us know. In case of early departure, there is a charge of 100% for the unused days.

We are sorry to inform you that dogs are not allowed in our new holiday apartments.
Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the building. All rooms and apartments are reserved for non-smokers. Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony or terrace.
The reservation is valid from the moment the confirmed deposit is credited.
We accept cash or bank transfers in advance.
EU citizens may make cash payments amounting to a maximum of € 1999.99. Non-EU citizens are permitted to pay larger sums in cash.
Conditions of booking cancellations pursuant to Article 1382 of the Civil Code.
The Italian Consumer Code does not provide for any right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right for our customers to withdraw from the booking under the conditions indicated below, pursuant to Article 1382 of the Civil Code: in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will refund the deposit in full, retaining a management fee of €30. Starting from the eighth week before the start of the stay, the deposit will be non-refundable. In the event that it is not possible to rent the apartment or room to other guests, we will charge the following costs: in case of cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the stay, we will charge 80% of the cost of the stay; in case of cancellation one week before the start of the stay, we will charge the full cost of the stay.
